Based in York, Hooting Owl is an award-winning, small-batch distillery and the first licensed distillery within the city walls. Their expertly crafted gins use carefully selected botanicals to create distinctive, high-quality flavours—perfect for gin lovers and newcomers alike.

Signature Gin 42.0% ABV

Small Batch London Dry Gin

A classic juniper-led style layered with coriander, angelica and liquorice root. Bright citrus notes of bitter orange and grapefruit meet earthy mountain ash, finishing with gentle spice from cubeb and grains of paradise. Smooth, rich and unmistakably “ginny”.

Yorkshire Raspberry Gin

A sugar-free, full-strength spirit bursting with natural raspberry flavour. Sweet, ripe fruit balances classic botanicals for a smooth, clean taste, crisp aroma and a delicate blush colour. Bright, fresh and full of flavour.
